I want to create a vault synced to google drive but I need to get rid of an old vault that was previously synced to the same google drive account that I have stupidly lost the pw for. To clarify, in agonising detail: I previously synced a vault to google drive that I then lost the password for (must have stored it in Enpass primary vault wrong! - Why didn't I use Enpass's automatic 'save new vault pw in primary vault' function?!). I have found a bug that I can reproduce anytime. This crash keeps happening when I click on the taskbar tray icon while Enpass is just running in the background. After clicking on the taskbar tray icon, Enpass crashes for unknown reasons. Another error happens afterwards when I want to select my key file after restarting - here Enpass hangs again and I have to quit it via Task Manager. Only after this and after a new restart of Enpass the WIndows Explorer appears to select the key file. I have created a video of this for you. Whenever I go back a image with Macrium Reflect sometimes I lose the previous logins/passwords I added. Only a few but still. Maybe I am doing it wrong ? Any solution ? Sure I could backup manually the local files but then there is no way to replace them easily to Enpass after going back a previous image. At least not that I know of.

I can't see in the entries which category they are assigned to and especially which ones don't have a category yet. Is there any way to switch this on? Thank you and greetings

I have recently encountered a serious problem. None of my data is being saved regardless of selecting "save". Additionally, both the web extension and desktop app frequently crash to the point of un-usability. I am really turned off from this product as of late. Anyone else encountered this or figured a workaround?

How do I move it or can I delete it?

Hello I have Windows 10 and after trying some other antivirus programs my Enpass doesn't sync to my Synology WebDAV anymore. I have tried to reinstall Enpass. Now I have only the Setup-Wizard. also here I can no longer establish a connection. Any Ideas? I have tried to deactive the Windows defener too.

I downloaded the Windows 10 (Store) version of enpass and purchased the pro verision just to enable the windows hello option. The point is not to have to enter the master password every time the computer is restarted. But it seems its not working. Could this be a bug? What can I check to troubleshoot this issue? Hi, I'm having trouble creating new items after the latest update. Nothing happens when clicking on the + button and, for example, login. Anyone who have had the same problem and solved it?

I found that when I create an item, the username and e-mail automatically retrieve the information of other items so that I can select them directly. However, I have two computers and one of them does not have this feature in Enpass, is there a switch for this feature?

I use Enpass on Windows 10. Almost all of my passwords disappeared from Enpass overnight, and I do not know why; only a few password appear on the desktop app and the browser extension. However, when trying to reset my password for any of the missing websites, Enpass says there is an existing password for the website and asks if I want it updated. That makes me hopeful that my passwords are still around somewhere. Is there any way to retrieve my passwords? Resetting them on every website is quite time consuming. Thank you!

Since the last update Enpass became VERY strange acting: Firefox extension cannot connect with the application or database. Each time I try to open it from Firefox, it goes through the "cannot connect" with the application routine so that I often have to go through the 6-digit code authorization again to get it to run. When I finally get the extension to run, it has no database items listed. So I select "Run Enpass" from the menu, and when the main application runs, it also cannot connect to the database. Since the Enpass browser extension updated to version 6.7.5 the Autofill function in Edge doesn't work anymore. How can I make it work again?

At least since the last update (running 6.8.0 (1002)), some of the time item descriptions get garbled. I haven't found a pattern and happens on various entries. However, I think it only happens once for the over 300 items in the vault. Running on latest Windows 10 Surface Pro v5. Happens on system display and external monitor. And the refresh on items after clearing a search seems to have slowed down considerably.

Hi, I have a weird problem since upgrading to Windows 11. I have 2 screens, so I regularly use the Windows + P shortcut to change the presentation mode (single screen or extended mode). When I change mode, and if Enpass is locked, it opens in full screen. I tried reinstalling Enpass, without improvement. Windows 11 is a fresh install. Are you aware of this problem? Yesterday, I started encountering trouble in Google Chrome when attempting to fill/login. Enpass is configured to open automatically at system startup and the Enpass extension for Chrome is installed. When I attempt to fill login fields, instead of filling as expected, I see this prompt to open Enpass... Hi, the Enpass extension is simply not existing in the Firefox browsers extensions (v99.0.1 (64-Bit) German), it cannot be installed. Has the Firefox support ended or am I missing something?

Hi, I am trying out enpass lite the portable version and I notice that if I have an attachment, the attachment (in its enscripted form) will automatically be downloaded to the vault folder everytime enpass syncs with the cloud. So if I go into the folder and manually delete these files, enpass will download them there again. I am wondering why because I think if someone has a lot of attachments, then it's a lot of downloading and taking up disc's space. Shouldn't enpass only download the attachments from the cloud only if the user needs them? Thank you!

I restored vault from webdav with new installation, got error code -985. What does it mean?

When I add a webdav server for sync, Enpass does not handle if I have special character in my path or space: Open-Xchange DAV: davs://foo.bar/servlet/webdav.infostore/Userstore/UsÉÉÉer%20NaÉÉÉme does not work but davs://foo.bar/servlet/webdav.infostore/Userstore/username does well (tested on Linux)

Hi Team, I would like to thank you for the Automatic Check for Compromised Passwords. Adding or updating an item without manually checking saves time and headaches. Kudos to the team - Keep up the great work!!! When searching for an item in the Compromised list, if the item is not found then there is a header message that says 'Compromised Passwords', but a thumbs up below the screen makes no sense. I would appreciate it if you could check and refine the UI/functionality. Cheers! ExD
