Since the last update Enpass became VERY strange acting: Firefox extension cannot connect with the application or database. Each time I try to open it from Firefox, it goes through the "cannot connect" with the application routine so that I often have to go through the 6-digit code authorization again to get it to run. When I finally get the extension to run, it has no database items listed. So I select "Run Enpass" from the menu, and when the main application runs, it also cannot connect to the database. Since the Enpass browser extension updated to version 6.7.5 the Autofill function in Edge doesn't work anymore. How can I make it work again?

At least since the last update (running 6.8.0 (1002)), some of the time item descriptions get garbled. I haven't found a pattern and happens on various entries. However, I think it only happens once for the over 300 items in the vault. Running on latest Windows 10 Surface Pro v5. Happens on system display and external monitor. And the refresh on items after clearing a search seems to have slowed down considerably.

Hi, I have a weird problem since upgrading to Windows 11. I have 2 screens, so I regularly use the Windows + P shortcut to change the presentation mode (single screen or extended mode). When I change mode, and if Enpass is locked, it opens in full screen. I tried reinstalling Enpass, without improvement. Windows 11 is a fresh install. Are you aware of this problem? Yesterday, I started encountering trouble in Google Chrome when attempting to fill/login. Enpass is configured to open automatically at system startup and the Enpass extension for Chrome is installed. Hi, the Enpass extension is simply not existing in the Firefox browsers extensions (v99.0.1 (64-Bit) German), it cannot be installed. Has the Firefox support ended or am I missing something?

Hi, I am trying out enpass lite the portable version and I notice that if I have an attachment, the attachment (in its enscripted form) will automatically be downloaded to the vault folder everytime enpass syncs with the cloud. So if I go into the folder and manually delete these files, enpass will download them there again. I am wondering why because I think if someone has a lot of attachments, then it's a lot of downloading and taking up disc's space. Shouldn't enpass only download the attachments from the cloud only if the user needs them? Thank you!

I restored vault from webdav with new installation, got error code -985. What does it mean?

When I add a webdav server for sync, Enpass does not handle if I have special character in my path or space: Open-Xchange DAV: davs://foo.bar/servlet/webdav.infostore/Userstore/UsÉÉÉer%20NaÉÉÉme does not work but davs://foo.bar/servlet/webdav.infostore/Userstore/username does well (tested on Linux)

Hi Team, I would like to thank you for the Automatic Check for Compromised Passwords. Adding or updating an item without manually checking saves time and headaches. Kudos to the team - Keep up the great work!!! When searching for an item in the Compromised list, if the item is not found then there is a header message that says 'Compromised Passwords', but a thumbs up below the screen makes no sense. I would appreciate it if you could check and refine the UI/functionality. Cheers! ExD

Today I tried creating some passwords onto my enpass and noticed they were not appearing after clicking save.So I tried enabling cloud sync, hoping that it would work. After enabling cloud sync, my creating the passwords again and still did not show when I searched them up. After I closed the app and reopened, it said that my version of enpass was old. So, I checked and it is up to date(version 6.7.1). I tried uninstalling and redownloading and it is telling me my password is incorrect.I once again restarted the app and now it is saying my version of enpass is old!

Hello, I have a three monitor setup (2 with HD and 1 with 4K - the 4K is the main screen). The browser window is on the HD monitor. When opening the Enpass app by pressing the button in the browser menu, the Enpass menu is poped up too big - see attached image. This behavior keeps all time it is used. One solution/workaround is to move the browser window to the main (4K) screen - now pop up works correctly. And then, moving it back to the HD screen - pop up keeps working correctly also here. I've used several different authenticator apps like google, microsoft, authy, duo etc but I've always been annoyed that I need a separate application for it because I constantly need to open the application separately and search for the account. When I noticed the one time code feature I was very happy. Everything in one app, horray. However, I seem to be in the same situation as before since the one time code doesn't autofill, in fact it doesn't even show up as an option to copy when I use the autofill function. So I need to open the main enpass window and search for the account either way. This actually makes the feature even more useless since I have so many passwords …

Hello when I need to login in a site which uses an Apache Authentication login ( such as in the attached image ) Enpass does not provide me the password , why ? Also if I login manually in an Apache Authentication login Enpass does not ask me to save the user and password What am I doing wrong ? Thank you

Hi, I am a new user with an "Enpass Lite" account (free) using the Windows 10 desktop app. I am confused about exactly how the cloud sync with OneDrive works. When using this feature - does Enpass create an encrypted Vault file on my OneDrive, which is then downloaded by other devices like the Enpass app on my Android phone? Or is the encrypted Vault data passed through OneDrive without creating a file within OneDrive? If a file is created in OneDrive, what is the folder location? Thanks!

Hi, I'm running Enpass on Windows 10, using the current version on the Microsoft store. I've got the firefox extension installed, and my keyboard shortcuts setup as seen in my attached screenshot. Whenever I'm editing code in firefox, trying to use the comment shortcut (ctrl+/) also opens a new tab with the enpass firefox settings (the same page I shared the screenshot from). I can't find any shorcut settings that seem to be set to ctrl+/ in either firefox or Enpass, and I'm at a loss as to what to do, this is an important keyboard shortcut for me, and I'd rather not have enpass taking it over. Any help would be appreciated.

There are certain website for which I saved the password and exact login url for the same but when I click on enpass to fill the username and pasword it opens new tab instead of filling login details of the same page.
