When I change the masterpassword on a vault on a Win11 desktop that syncs to a Nextcloud server, the Enpass wallet sync fails from that point onward. The settings dropdown gives last date and time of sync and last attempt. Where last attempt is a failed sync. I welcome advice and solutions...

I had Enpass Pro working on my laptop as well as the desktop and Android, Vault shared with Dropbox. I had to reinstall form scratch Win 11 on the laptop. I setup Dropbox and the Vault is sync on my laptop. I installed Enpass and Launch it. It is asking for Master password, but failed. ( I know I have the password right). It never asked me for the email address. How does it know I have an account since it is asking for a Master password without asking for the email first. Confused. Meanwhile, Enpass is working fine on the Desktop and the phone and they both sync. RD

Hi, My primary vault is connected to Google Drive but when trying to connect a second vault to One Drive for Business I get the following error. "Something when wrong while syncing with One Drive. Error code: 1208968" I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting a couple of time but I get the same error. Screenshot attached.

Couple of users requested changed to the categories/templates section. 3 years later and still nothing has been done with it. Is enpass still being developed? Or are the customers feedback not important anymore? What is going on. and

I tried to figure out what does this function is for? I'm currently switch from Lastpass to Enpass and I'm looking for a function which covers, stores and show the password history! cheers

Hi, since the update of the Enpass Chrome extension to 6.8.2 on Windows 10 Pro, it is interfering with fields like text fields and dropdowns on other websites. Depending on the field, I can't go to another field or can't open a dropdown to show the content and make a selection, the cursor also tends to jump to a totally different field way further down on the page when using TAB, etc. All of this works normally when the Enpass extension is disabled. I have other extensions active but those have no effect on the behaviour, the problems also clearly started right after the update to 6.8.2. I have a vault set up on a private cloud share folder. How can I set up enpass to automatically enter a login/password for that connection?

Hi everyone, I've just run an import of all my Firefox passwords into enpass and now have 700+ items in my vault. This has made it rather hard to navigate and quite a bit slower. However a large number of the accounts are duplicates that could be combined or removed, for instance apparently I have 5 Reddit accounts (they don't firefox just makes new ones for different casings of the username). Is there a way to remove duplicates or at least highlight likely duplicates in the same way compromised passwords are? Thanks in advance

Most of the time enpass doesn't properly work in my browser with my setup. I have one laptop screen with 4k and another external display with WQHD (Windows 11) When I click the enpass icon in my browser a) enpass is not visible, but I can type in the background to unlock and use the enpass dropdown on the input fields to select the password b) enpass is visible but the content of the popup is double the size so I can only see half it it c) it is shown normal - but that doesn't happen often Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Longtime user of Enpass for Windows and Android. I decided to create a new vault for Business accounts and keep the original vault for Personal. Both are saved to OneDrive. Business vault created normally and it duplicated all password accounts from the Personal vault. Not a big deal... I can delete Personal accounts from Business and vice versa. It turns out, that doesn't work. If I delete an account from one vault, it automatically deletes the account from the other. Restoring from Deleted, restores from both Vaults. Strange behavior overall. I wouldn't expect a separate vault to mirror all changes. Any advice to remedy? Do vaults have to reside in diffe…

Guten Tag, ich benutze die neuste Enpass Version auf meinem Mac (Ventura 13.2) auf meinem iPhone 13 (IOS 16.3) und auf meinem Windows Rechner (Windows 11 Version 22H2) und habe eine Lebenslange Lizenz. Die Synchronisation zwischen Mac und iPhone klappt sehr gut. Windows kann sich seit neustem nicht mehr mit der Cloud synchronisieren. Es wird der Fehlercode 3042000 angezeigt. Ich habe den Tresor getrennt, die App gelöscht und neuinstalliert, den Pfad der Backupdaten geändert….nichts funktioniert. Was kann ich tun? Gruß Achim

Recently the Enpass extension for MS Edge has been unable to communicate with the Enpass application - whenever I try to utilize the browser extension it will correctly pop up the app; but it never actually links up, giving me a Connection Error each time. Even after logging into the app, the problem exists. If I look in "Settings > Browser > Review Browsers" no browsers are listed, but I'm never prompted for a request to actually sync them up? I've reinstalled both the store app and the browser extension and this didn't seem to help.

I guess since the last update ENPASS is blocking sometimes the wireless keyboard from Logitech (mouse is working fine) using Firefox and / or MS Office. Firefox states that I should stop ENPASS. Doing so everthing is working fine. With MS Office your only chance is to wait for min. a minute or so. Closing ENPASS everything ist fine! System is W 11 21H2, MS OFFICE 2019 Any ideas?

Hello, There was a breach in a website where I was still using my old password that triggered me to change all passwords from old websites. I changed about 90. The problem was, I synced them and after that synced on my phone. Later on, my passwords came back to the old password even-though it shows they were modified a couple of minutes ago. I now have a huge problem: I lost my passwords of 90+ websites because the sync is wrong. Can anyone help here?

After two-step verification is enabled on enpass on many websites, when two-step verification is enabled on the computer, the one-time code is incorrectly when filled in. You need to wait for 30 seconds before enpass renew a one-time code, and then fill in the original one-time code to be correct. for example: twitter, mega, when I add to enpass and save ,However, it cannot be automatically recognized and filled in, and the same interface still appears

Since 6.8, sync to Dropbox breaks several times per day both on Android 11 and Ubuntu 22.04. (not using windows atm. so can't vote for that) Re-authentication works for a few hours. Google doesn't seem to broken

What is the best way to somehow let Enpass remind them it is there please?

I have an Enpass account, which was working fine in my desktop and Android phone, but suddenly my desktop crashed so I had to reinstall everything. When I downloaded the app and tried to use the backup file I had in Google Drive, it doesn't work anymore, it says my Master Password is wrong. I'm only able to use in Android with fingerprint option. How can I get back the Master Password to add the data to the new installation in the desktop. Thanks.

Sometimes when giving the app focus after working in a different program, certain sensitive fields are not hidden. If I click the eyeball icon next to the field then it will hide, but later, when I need to copy the password again, the password is showing again. If I were doing a screen share when that happened I'd have to immediately change that password! I've not seen a pattern that consistently triggers this, but it happens fairly often.

I need a way to control auto-updating. I don't want the latest release installed without my consent. This can be done a number of ways. If you have two release paths, security vs. feature you can control it in a granular fashion by allowing users to automatically take security releases, but not automatically take feature releases. Either way, allowing options such as: Check for updates and install automatically Notify of available updates but do not install Ignore updates would be welcome options. If there is already such an option, please point me to it. Thanks.

How do I get rid of this forever and for all future logins ? Is there a option to turn it off forever automatically ? It is not for me. For a friend who uses Enpass who refuses to use safer passwords. I keep telling them they should though. Can't change their mind. They do not like seeing this all the time. I told them just create a stronger password.

Hi there, I've been an avid Enpass user for a few years now and whenever I get the chance (eg: here just yesterday), I keep telling everyone what a great product it is! So I've set up my "primary" vault containing business data many moons ago; then along came the multiple vaults feature and I've finally gotten around to writing some Python code to convert my 15+ years old creaking eWallet store to Enpass as a secondary vault.
