Now most of my passwords are inaccessible. This is very dumb.

Only difference is upgraded to android 10 on my Pixel 3 XL.

Hey @pablosbrain

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

To restore the Pro version, please reinstall Enpass with the same Google Account with which you purchased it earlier. If that doesn't help, please share the purchase receipt via PM so that we can help you better.

Hope this helps!

I bought Enpass on my iMac synced with Google Drive and had Enpass installed on my laptop and had to contact you then because it did not recognize as a Pro purchase. I had to reinstall everything on my Laptop and downloaded Enpass and it syncs with my Google Drive but it thinks its not a Pro version.

I feel this is very bad that I have to fight for this every time.

I reinstalled Enpass it recognized that I own this Enpass when I go to open Enpass I follow all the prompts and I get to Restore from Google Drive and it wants me to Please provide the password of data? I entered my password for my Google Drive and it say its incorrect. I entered my password for Enpass and it says its incorrect.

Please help.
