Suddenly "Enpass Connection Error" in firefox

It fails to auto-complete in firefox today but worked well yesterday before.It also works well in chrome.

I have reinstalled enpass program and  the addon on firefox.It didn't fix the problem so I come for help.

Please start Enpass desktop app and make sure you have checked "Enable Browser Extension" in Enpass Preferences, before using Enpass Browser Extension.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please share some more info so that I can help you in a better way.

  • OS and Enpass version are you using? Please also make sure you're not using the extension with the UWP Store version of Enpass.
  • Which Firefox version are you using?
  • Are you using any Antivirus /Firewall/third party network security/ any security related Extension or Proxy?
