Enpass sudenly stopped my account

Featured Replies

On my phone ... today ENPASS advised me trial is expired and I only have access to 20 entries.

I was NOT on a trial

I have been a registered owner of Enpass since 2014  (original mail attached)

I tried using the 'already registered' link ..... and it advises my email address is not registered ?

On my PC - while I can see all entries, it also asks me to register ..

Please advise why is my email address suddenly not accepted as valid ?    I purchased life time license for PC & Android

There is also a link to 'get desktop for free'  .... is this what  has screwed up my account ?

Don’t see your attachment that validates your purchase.  Can you attach again?

Looks like web site blocks .eml files

I did send details to support.

Anyway today it will allow my account name (android email), though had to go through 6 digiot authentication steps.

I was kicked out of access of all 3 devices .... PC versions had message 'free upgarde top Enpass Lite' ....... is thos juts coincidence, or was upgrade the issue.   This would not be first time the upgarde has caused isssues.

This now give me a confidence issue .... I could not access key accounts yesterday as unabvle to retreive username & passwords.
