Can I suggest that the Free Desktop sub-forums of Mac, Windows and Linux be split into three elements Free Desktop ~ Mac ,  Free Desktop ~ Windows ,  Free Desktop ~ Linux . 

 

Doing this will allow folk interested in one type (Mac, Windows or Linux)to see that there are new items in that section without having to delve into the section, discover that the new entries are for an OS they don't use, then have to back out again. 

 

Small improvements count.
