Purchased Enpass Premium then I changed AppleID to reflect new email, Enpass register fails. Can't see Enpass Premium on other devices

I am changing email accounts and setting up Enpass at the same time. I purchased Enpass premium on iPhone.  Then I updated my Apple Id to also reflect my new email and now I can't register the Enpass Premium with my online Enpass account so that I can use it on other devices (Linux/Windows).  How do I resolve this?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to inform you that change email, if done on the same device on which you have purchased Enpass will link your purchase to the new email, and you can restore purchase on other devices. As you mentioned above, you had purchased Enpass on an iPhone device, so please follow the change email steps on that device only. You could refer to the help article here. If the issue persists share with us your registered Apple ID and purchase receipt at support@enpass.io.
