When I double-click the Enpass tray icon, I get both the Assistant and the Main window.

What I want is when I double click on the tray icon, I only want the Main window.  This would also be consistent with the MS Windows behavior.

If possible, share the video of the issue so we can further investigate this. Also, let us know are you facing this issue after updating to Enpass version(6.4.1).

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
