1pif import doesn't work

Hi there, 

I'm trying to import my 1password data file but it's greyed out and can't be selected. 

Does anyone know how I can fix that?

Welcome to the forum!

Please make sure you have only opened the home/front page of the Enpass app and then click on the file option from Enpass Menu. If the problem persists, please revert back to us.

Hi Garima, 

Thank you, I just figured out what I did wrong. I was trying to import the .1pif file instead of the .1pif folder. 

They both have the same extension so that was a bit confusing. Importing the folder worked now.
