i didnt receive an Email after Purchase

Hey i couldnt find a fitting topic to post in so i post it in a common Topic.

 

After Purchase the Homepage said i received an email - when i checked i did not get an email, and yes i checked the main folder and spam folder to see if i received any email from my purchase.

 

i can provide anything to proof i bought it. I hope you can help me
