Hi, I just purchased Enpass and I would like to import, but when I go to File>Import is grayed out. Help.

Please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

  • On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?
  • Let us know from which software you have exported data?
  • If possible, share the screenshot of the issue?
