What should I do now?

I have forgot my master password for my vault. Is there any way I can reset my password.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a lost master password. Enpass is an offline password manger,  so your master password is not saved anywhere. There are no back doors to access your data and we can't help you get it back since it's encrypted with your master password only. Please refer to this FAQ for more info.

As a privacy-first password manager, Enpass does not keep records of your data, and cannot recover lost Master Passwords or Keyfiles. If this security information is lost, your Enpass app must be reset by deleting all your local Enpass data and deleting your Primary Vault stored on a cloud account.
