Possible bug and sync issue with ownCloud

Short version.

Possible bug.

Setup Enpass client on Linux with 9 character password. Setup Enpass on Android tried to import but with Android client you must use at least a 10 character password.

All clients should have same character limits IMO.

 

Issue with ownCloud.

Linux client connects with no issue.

Android client keeps displaying

Could not connect to specified WebDav folder.

The relevant log entry in ownCloud states

401 No 'Authorization: Basic' header found. Either the client didn't send one, or the server is misconfigured

I am currently running the Beta Android client and still having the same issue.

I am new here not sure how things work but should I open a support ticket as opposed to posting on the forum?

While I realise I Posted this in the wrong section. It would be good to get some kind of acknowledgement about my issue instead of being ignored :/
