Bug: Enpass locks, while creating a new entry. When reopening, the information is gone.

I just encountered the following bug; I enter all my details in a new entry. Generate a password. While setting this password in the application for which it was generated, the Enpass database locks. When re-opening the Enpass database, the entry is no longer in focus, or in the database at all.

That is quite inconvenient! Could you let us know the complete OS version and the device where you are facing the issue? Additionally, a screenshot of the Enpass Security settings would be helpful to rectify the problem.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
