One-time Code for Enpass

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,
I have installed an iPad and Enpass for a few days. I keep getting this message on the start screen and don't know what to do with it?
Can someone help me and tell me how to deal with the report and what to do?

Many thanks for your help.

Hi @mhenseler,

Welcome to the forums!

We have taken note of this and our team is now analyzing into the issue. Meanwhile, please let us know the following details so we can further investigate:

  • On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?
  • Let us know if any particular scenario or step you are getting this?

Thanks for your co-operation.

Many thanks for the help. Here are my answers:

On which device (along with the operating system version) are you using Enpass? IPad Air 4th gen. with IpadOS 14.2
Which version of Enpass are you using? Vers. 6.5.3 (502)
Let us know if you get a specific scenario or step? No, the message always appears by itself and only on the iPad, not on any other device.

Hi @mhenseler,

Thanks for sharing the details.

Please let us know the following details so we can further investigate:

  • Are you getting the one-time code notification message on iPad again and again even after removing/clearing the notification message?
  • Let us know if you have enabled notification for Outlook app from device setting on iPad?
