I have a Connection Error.

This error is a bit strange.

Windows Enpass is running -> Chrome Enpass norma

Windows Enpass Exit -> Chrome Enpass Connection Error

Actually, Enpass is an offline Password manager. Enpass App communicates with Helper and Extension over a local web socket. So in order to use Enpass extension, the main Enpass app must be kept running. For more details please go to the given link. You can choose to Minimize App to System Tray, so that Enpass keeps running in the background and set it to run automatically on reboot so that you don't have to run it manually.
