December 22, 20205 yr I two days ago upgraded my iMac to Big Sur (OSx 11.1), and now EnPass does not recognize my master password, and has locked me out of all my passwords. What to do? Marc
December 23, 20205 yr Hi @Marc Estrin, Welcome to the forums! Please let us know if you have synced your Enpass data with any of the clouds or using Enpass on any other device? If yes, please reinstall Enpass again using the same email account from which you purchased/registered the Enpass app and then restore the data from the cloud or using the backup file.
