I had to upgrade my work iPhone to install some work applications and in the process all apps disappeared. I installed Enpass again but it does not recognize me and my subscription. I can only use the trial version with up to 10 records only. 
 

how can I recover my pro version ?

If you have purchased the Enpass app, then we will surely help you in resorting to it. Try restoring the Pro version of the Enpass app using the steps mentioned in this FAQ. If this doesn't help, share the screenshot of your purchase receipt with us at support@enpass.io to help you better.
