Enpass Assistant is unable to connect with the Enpass app

Featured Replies

I am having the inverse problem recorded here:

I am on macOS 13.15.7. Ever since upgrading Enpass to 6.6.0, the browser extensions has been unable to connect. I am using the latest version of Brave.

Thanks

Same problem.

I am using Enpass 6.6.0 (772) on Catalina 10.15.7 and latest Version of Brave (Version 1.21.73 Chromium: 89.0.4389.72 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64))

Enpass stopped working when updating it the last time.

Same problem for me too.

And I also find that enpass takes up an unusually large amount of resources in background.WX20210313-135507@2x.thumb.png.d6414cd683628a158e7190164d5af762.png

I have already upgrade enpass and microsoft-edge to the latest version but the problem still exists.

Hey @n1troc

We regret the problem you are facing, but we’re here to help. To proceed with the troubleshooting, please share the following details:

  1. On which macOS version are you facing this issue?
  2. Which Enpass and Extension version are you using on the macOS?
  3. Please confirm if the edge browser you using is beta or stable.

Thanks!
