Hi

On my Windows 10 PC I am trying to login my iCloud Enpass Synchro-Backup and get Synchrerror message.

It is asking me for a password (see attachment)

What password? None I have is working (iCloud, Enpass, etc.). I have never used any.

Thanks for your help to clarify this urgent situation!
