October 9, 20214 yr I have made a secondary vault in my computer version of Enpass but cannot access it on my mobile app.
October 11, 20214 yr Hi @McPhil Welcome to the Enpass Community! You can access the secondary vault on your iOS mobile app by first setting up a sync on your PC Enpass app and then restore the vault on your iOS device. Hope this helps!

I would suggest making sure that you’re entering lowercase, uppercase letters and symbols correctly, and try copying the master password by writing it on a notepad first, then pasting it to see if it works. October 28, 20214 yr i have purchased Enpass on my Iphone X and have entered some data. i have also downloaded Enpass on my laptop windows with the same password and login. i am unable to to transfer the data to my laptop/
November 20, 20214 yr You need to turn on synchronization of your chosen vault(s) and use the same service and location on both iOS and your desktop. (iCloud, Dropbox, NextCloud, etc.) or use WiFi synching and make sure both are on the same physical network and WiFi synching is enabled and active.
