My caveau is installed on a Mac Mini with MacOS X 10.13.6. The sync between this caveau and the other Macs is working. On the other site the sync between the IOS units and the same caveau has been interrupted for unknown reasons. Disconnect/reconnect no result, QR and manual configuration >>> the iPad/iPhone do not find the server. Any suggestion ?

I would suggest you to check the following links to make sure you are not missing any steps while trying to setup Wifi Sync-

3. For Troubleshooting

If the issue persists, then I will need some additional information. Please share the below details with me, and I'll get this checked for you -

1. The version of the Enpass app you are using on your iOS device and Mac mini.
2. A screenshot of any error occurring while trying to setup Wifi sync would be helpful.

Thanks for your input unfortunately the the problem was not result in this way but I found a solution. I connected the iPad and the iPhone with a Lightning to Ethernet connector to the LAN. After one sync on this connection the sync was working also with Wifi but I don't know the reason. No configuration changes was implemented.
