April 20, 20224 yr It's absolutely painful. Enpass keeps failing to connect when I click its Chrome icon or the desktop menubar icon. Then, when I try to open the Enpass application, It freezes (beach ball). The only way to temporarily "fix" the problem is to use Activity Monitor to force-quit the frozen Enpass process. Then, I have to reconnect Enpass to the Chrome browser. It works for a login or two, but it freezes again. Can't take this anymore. In order to investigate it better please help me with the following details: Share the details of the Enpass version and Enpass extension version installed in the Chrome browser. Did you install it from a store or our official website? Are you getting any error messages? If yes, share a screenshot.
April 20, 20224 yr Author 1. Enpass 6.7.4 (938) 2. Mac App Store 3. No error messages. The Chrome extension just inexplicably loses the connection, searches for the app, can't find the app, tells me to try again (to no avail), and the app freezes as soon as I open it.

May 10, 20223 yr Hi @JasonEnpass, We have recently released a new Enpass version 6.8 for Mac. Please try that and let me know if you still have this issue.
