August 15, 20223 yr Hi, my OneDrive (Business) is reporting a sync issue. See attached screenshot. OneDrive will only sync, when I close Enpass. This doesn't seem right. Or is it expected behavior? I'm using Enpass 6.8.2 (1085)
August 15, 20223 yr have you redirected your Documents folder to OneDrive? I think, the default store of Enpass is the Documents folder. If Enpass is in use, then should be your db file also "open" and OneDrive is not syncing, cause the file is "open". Remap your local Storage Folder within Enpass to another Location. e.g C:\User\yourusername Then it should work

October 8, 20223 yr Take a manual backup of the Enpass data on all the devices. Disconnect the sync on all devices that are synced with Onedrive. Remove the folders Enpass and Enpass1 on One-drive account. Re-set up the sync with One-drive on all the devices and check. Regards, James
