I use a unique email address per website and I've noticed that zendesk has an issue where it picks the url "zendesk" and not the subdomain.

Example: Zendesk for Enpass would be enpass.zendesk.com. 

 

Can enpass be setup to look at the subdomain for some websites like zendesk?

You can disable 'Show Items with exactly matching hostnames' in your Enpass app Settings -> Browser -> Match URL Hostname. This way, Enpass will be available for autofilling on "subdomain.domain.com" for the Items saved with the URL "domain.com".
