Internal Error: -995 when restoring Linux Desktop Backup to Linux Portable

Featured Replies

I Install Enpass Portable to my USB drive and then created a new vault, then I made a backup of the vault from enpass desktop, then proceed to restore backup to the new vault on the Enpass Portable. I get the error Internal error -995. What could be the problem here.

Note:

Linux desktop version: 6.8.5

Linux Portable version: 6.6.1

I was able to use the windows version (also version 6.61) of enpass portable to import the backup. Once the backup is retored to a new vault. We can use the linux version of enpass to access the vault, so in the end the issue is that linux version of enpass portable is unable to restore from backup.

It is Pop OS 22.04 LTS, which should be equivalent to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. The OS is using the kernal Linux 6.2.6-76060206-generic x86_64.
