Hello,

after updating Enpass 6.9.3 on my Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 it stopped sync and it was impossible to re-establish it. Log in/out of Enpass but always the same error message when I try to synchronise it.
"...Impossible to connect 2 safes at the same time for synchronisation. Safe connected: Main..."

Sorry not IOS but MacOS

In IOS it works but in my Mac it stop sync

Hello,
Since some years, I had 2 Macs and 1 iPadPro perfectly synced by a Dropbox external link (Applications>Enpass>). After upprade since some days my 2 Mac respectively from High Sierra to Monterey and Ventura (Max OS supported by hardware) Enpass sync does not work anymore on the 2 Macs (always OK with iPadPro) and I don't find the exact cause !

When I try to build again the link to the Dropbox vault, it fails always with the below message that I don't understand ! Speaking from trying to connect 2 vaults ???? What does it means ?

Please, I'm still down with my EnPass synchronizations from my main vault!
Couldn't the EnPass support who reads this forum make a little effort to help me resolve this situation? @Abhishek Dewan for example ?

Nearly same topic.
I have 9 Vaults on my enpass. 8 x sync with dropbox 1 x with Google drive. Of course every vault has it own cloud. that has worked for years...
NO i found that the installation on my win 10 computer lost all sync connections. I was able to reconnect to google drive but get the message for all dropboxes:
"Es können nicht zwei Tresore mit dem selben Konto verbunden werden für die Synchronisation von Daten" Two safes cannot be connected to the same account for data synchronization. But that's not true. One vault one dropbox. I clean the dropbox completely and get the same message.

Enpass Technical Team has provided the below details. Please share your feedback:

  1. Take the backup of Enpass data and save it locally on the device.
  2. Quit Enpass using the ctrl/CMD + Q button.
  3. Go to the user's Document Folder and rename the Enpass folder as "oldEnpass."
  4. Open the Enpass app.
  5. Restore the database from the backup file.
  6. Now, try to connect sync.
