Why is the universal app out of date compared to the non-bridged Win32?

I was looking to see the new beta announced back in Jan, that should be arriving this month and I just noticed these two versions are out of date. Is there a reason why?

This app will be going away in the future. The Bridged app will be the primary app for users.
