Enpass password manager unable to launch on Windows 10: Error: Another program is currently using this file

I am on Windows 10 and not able to open Enpass Password manager  which was installed from Microsoft store app. The error message pop up is Another program is currently using this file.

I have opened Task manager and checked if it is running in the background, but nothing shows up. Some one please help me with this as soon as possible,
