v5.5.8 no fingerprint id

Hello, now ther's been an update today and my fingerprint id no longer works.

iget the message "toch id failed " as soon as I open the app.

Also, I may have forgotten my main password.

How can I get my fingerprint id working again?

Does anybody get any support on this forum?

I see a lot of questions but no Answers!

I've had no problem with the app and I've been using it for over three years. Make sure your finger and your iOS device is very dry. Also, keep in mind your "main password" cannot be recovered by anyone but you.
