July 17, 20187 yr Hello, I joined the beta program and started installing the software in my windows 10 (version 6 beta 2). First, doubt: do you synchronize the data from the latest version of release 5 with the 6? If so, as I believe, how do I import the database of the "old" release? I premise that I come from 1password and use it in parallel on my dashlane PC, both great software, like enpass!
July 24, 20187 yr It does not sync by default. You have to manually transfer the database. In Enpass5, do File > Backup. In Enpass6, do File > Restore

Menu > Settings > Vaults > + (add new vault) > Continue > Backup File. For some reason, the CommonFileDialog is not getting opened in the latest beta. It worked during the initial setup of Enpass6, where you could specify a backup file.
