Hi,

 

i just installed enpass on win10, after I created my masterpassword the program had crashed. When I now start it my masterpassword is not accepted. I deinstalled and reintalled it but again I need a password.

 

How can I remove it completly to start new? I didn't had 1 password on the vault, so i'm loosing nothing :-)

Hi,
Thanks for using Enpass.

It seems your are using tradtional Enpass version on Windows 10. To reset Enpass, go to Documents in your system and remove Enpass folder from there. After this, You will be able to create a new Enpass keychain.
