App is unusable after update

Featured Replies

The app won't open with face recognition or manual password. It keeps crashing. I have no way to access my info that is stored on the app.

Same here, updated app this morning.   Although it worked on Windows, I was able to install and sync to Google Drive.

Same here just started to do this today, deleted app and reinstalled app, rebooted phone, issue persists!

Updated to 5.6.1 today. App crashing on launch after login. I’m on iOS 12.1 beta.

I hope the app team fixes this soon. The app is awesome and I want to continue using it. Fingers crossed!

Hey guys,

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

While investigating the problem, we have found that sync with Google Drive causing the app to crash. And the Google team is aware of this issue, and same is discussed here:

Meanwhile, if you are using the Google Drive sync, then please follow these steps:

  • Turn off the internet connection on your device and disconnect the sync from Google Drive in Enpass.

Hope this helps!

This worked perfectly!!! Thank you and I await the fix to allow sync.

Hey Guys,

It seems Google has fixed this issue. So now you can sync with Google Drive.

Cheers!

In my drive there’s a sync_default.walletx file, but I am getting a wrong login or invalid file error on the new iOS app...
