Duplicate template in wrong category

I've duplicated the software license template to edit it. It does not appear in software license. Instead it appears under login.

When you create a new template, it is being put under the right category

It seems that there might be some misunderstanding. When you duplicate any Existing Template, you will get the option to Choose Categories. Here you need to select the Finance Category.
