I purchased Enpass some months ago there has been 4 or more updates, and it’s still having problems.

some websites will not load using the link in Enpass, and the ones that do when I click on the password key and choose Enpass it says 

no matching items found for (name of website)

I am running Enpass on my iPad Pro 2nd edition and my iPhone X  an it does the same on both
