Can't upgrade from test version (IOS Iphone X)

Hi,

I can't upgrade from the test version.

Klicking 1. upgrade and 2. "purchase for 129 Swedish kronor" and is ten 3. taken to a third page, but then it stops. 

What can I do to upgrade?
