Update to 6.0.4 broken- no action button on update pane

Enpass has prompted me to update to 6.0.4

Offers a pane with the question: "Enpass 6.0.4 is now available. Would you like to download it now?" There is no button to accept this offer.

    I have the same issue. Version is 6.0.1 run on a Surface 4

    I have the same issue.  Version 6.0.3 (263).

    I'm also not able to update using the Microsoft store.  The store tries to install but fails.  The status goes from "Acquiring License" to "Something unexpected happened error code Code: 0x8007000D."
