I have recently un-installed the windows store version because it cashed at startup (after having worked fine).

It seems like the download version (from your website) is slower when searching, and very slow when editing an existing password/item.

Are they the same? Is an update coming?

Please share some more info so that we can investigate it further.

• Which Windows OS version along with build version are you using?
• Number of items in Enpass?
• Which cloud services are you using?
• Configuration of your system?

Yes, but if you want to use the premium feature of Enpass then you have to download Enpass from Windows Store.

Using Windows 10

I believe there are about 50 items in enpass.

Using Google as cloud backup

Its a Acer Nitro laptop (loads of ram etc.)

The icons of the two Enpass editions are different

Could it be some .net components that are causing some conflicts? Its a developer machine.
