iOS Restore from OneDrive

Featured Replies

I'm getting the error "Sorry we could not find Enpass 6 data on this OneDrive account." From newly purchased enpass iOS 12.2 on iPhone.

Backup created using newly purchased v6 on win 10 desktop.

I can see .enpassbackup files in two folders on my OneDrive: Apps\Enpass and \Enpass

I am performing the restore on first use of the iPhone app.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

The .enpassbackup file is created when you manually take a backup of your database from the Enpass app. But when you enable sync with a cloud account, Enpass creates a replica of your database named as vault.enpassdbsync in your cloud account. The error Sorry we could not find Enpass 6 data on this OneDrive account generally occurs when the app doesn't see the vault.enpassdbsync file in the Enpass Folder. So to resolve the problem first enable the sync from your Windows device and then restore the data on your iOS device.

Thanks very much for your help!

OneDrive was not syncing OneDrive\Apps\Enpass. Once I got that sorted, I was able to sync.
