After Firefox has updated to 68.0.1 I can't use the Enpass extension anymore, it gives an error 403 even after removing and re-installing the extension from your site.

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Sometimes rebooting the device might help to resolve this issue or else we would recommend you to please disable and re-enable the 'Enable Browser Extension'  option from Enpass Browser settings. Please assist me with the following queries, if the problem persists:

  • On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
  • Which Enpass version and Enpass extension version are you using?
