  1. Hello all, just got updated to Enpass 6 across my devices (iOS, Win10, MacOS) and my previously working sync with my Nextcloud is now broken. Error 908417 is shown on all devices. I already deleted my old Enpass sync-folder from Nextcloud - still no success... Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks! Solved: After switching from lighttpd to nginx, the problem is resolved. According to Enpass support, my lighttpd version was too old.

  2. The recent Enpass 6 update broke the OneDrive Cloud Syncing on All Systems. I first notice the sync error on my iPhone then my OMEN Laptop and lastly, my Surface Book. All the systems presented with the same Sync Error: 508403 and directs the user to the following page: Sync Error Help Page The OneDrive Cloud sync system was working before the recent update and now the update has broken the sync system.   3. Hi, I'm using the PC Desktop Version 6.3.3 (596) on a Windows PC with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909. Since one week I cannot sync anymore with Google Drive. I Always get an error 407978. I already - reconnected to google drive - deleted the .sync folder - reinstalled the app nothing worked! Would be great to receive some help.

  4. Lost the sync with my WebDav folder (mailbox.org) on my smartphone (Android: Version 6.4.4.353) and computer (Windows 10: 6.4.2 (662)). Now, for some inexplicable reason, I can't connect them anymore. Error message: "Could not connect to the specified WebDav folder. Check your username and password." But username and passwort are correct. I have also not changed any settings and folder structures. I don't know why this suddenly stopped working.

    Hello, i want sync to vaults to sync with the same iCloud account. One vault for my stuff and one for my daughter.But when I connect in the settings the second vault to iCloud it overwrites the stuff in the first vault with the stuff from the second vault. Michels.

    I’m done with you clowns. You deleted functionality that users weee dependent on. Remove a working and realistic method of multiple vaults and instead expect users to set up redundant cloud sharing accounts. How about instead of window dressing bug fixes you restore functionality for the people that you cut off from their vaults. 28 days and I now have 6 divergent vaults on Box and no means of effectively merging these in the event you ever restore the functionality that you robbed us of. Robbery being a fair description for taking money for features that you then scrapped without warning leaving users with orphaned data.

It appears my Windows computer's Enpass app is strictly to access my own account. Is there a way for me to accesss my wife's account via my browser?     Hello, I'm using Enpass Version 6.0.1 on my MacBook. After a software update, I wanted to start enpass. I was first asked to allow Enpass access to my documents, which I thoughtlessly denied. Now of cause it does not connect to my account and can't recognize my password. How can I allow access now? I never made a backup elsewhere. So I can only use the data enpass stores in my documents. I tried to just download a later version, but for a setup was asked for a password to my backup, so couldn't solve the problem that way. /: Kind regards, Charlotte

  9. Add "sync.com" to your supported clouds? Hello, (Full disclosure: I have no personal nor business relations with this provider nor any other, but have been looking for a long time.) Will the Canadian cloud provider sync.com be eventually supported by Enpass? Like most of the providers, their free account has more than enough free storage to be able to sync Enpass. Please consider them, as they seem to have very interesting privacy considerations, both technical and geographical. Thank you p.s.     Hello, I'm having trouble to sync my parent's Android app to their Dropbox file. It gets stuck at 'authentication' and then shows the error message in German along the lines of 'Data cannot be shown due to insufficient access rights'. I originally set up their account and data on the desktop and was then able to sync it to an iphone, however, I'm struggling to sync it to an Android phone. Hello, in many cases passwords are restricted to standard ascii characters and other characters such as accented letters are not allowed since they can be encoded differently depending on the source. Are there such restrictions on the vault password or can I use accented letters and be able to access a vault from say both my android and Windows ? Best regards Guillaume

  16. It would be nice if there was some actual explanation of the error messages when configuring Cloud Sync connections. Telling its unable to connect to WebDAV is completely useless and makes it impossible to figure out who ONE of my clients is not working with the same settings as everything else. Is it unable to authenticate? Is it getting an unexpected HTTP code? Is it unable to find the file?

    On my main PC I am running Windows 10 (RTM) with Enpass 5.2.0 and, occasionally, I notice that the OneDrive sync seems to just stop working and when I go to check it is constantly synchronizing. If I disconnect the OneDrive sync and delete the Enpass folder from my OneDrive I am able to get the sync to work again normally.

I have just purchased a new Windows 10 computer and downloaded Enpass from Microsoft Store. When I open the Enpass app, I am asked to Restore from Cloud, in my case OneDrive. After entering my OneDrive username, I am redirected to the app via a browser screen that says Authorization Finished. The app then asks me to "Please provide the password of the data".     New Enpass user. Firefox is my default browser on both my desktop and my Android. Installed on my Android, and synced to my DropBox. Seems to work OK. Installed the Windows 10 client. Am unable to sync. Firefox is not able to "see" the Enpass file on my DropBox account. That is, when using Firefox, there does not appear to be any file in the Apps/Enpass directory on Dropbox. If I use Chrome, I can see the Enpass file is actually there on my DropBox account. Why can't Firefox see the file? I then made Chrome the default browser on my desktop and Android, and tried again.     Enpass had been syncing successfully with Google Drive, but I want to move off of that. I changed it to sync with my NextCloud. That worked for about a day. Then I noticed that the synchronizations stopped happening. Trying to sync manually failed. So I disconnected from the NextCloud and tried to set up the connection again. This did not work. When I type in the URL, username, password, and hit Connect, it just sits there doing nothing, claiming that it is connecting. Nothing happens. Hitting Cancel does nothing, so I have to hit the Close box of the dialog to dismiss it. I then reconnected to Google Drive. It can still talk to that, so I know that my fire…

  24. Today I got a new device, it is a surface pro 7. One of the first things I do when I got a new device is installing enpass on it. This time i get an error when I try to restore my data from OneDrive. When I try to authentificate, this error appears: First of all, I thought it was the browser, but i wasn't.     Hi, I need your help. I want to sync my database with / on my Synology NAS but I don't get it. On the Synology I installed WebDAV like here: https://www.synology.com/en-global/knowledgebase/DSM/tutorial/File_Sharing/How_to_access_files_on_Synology_NAS_with_WebDAV On Enpass I use the path http://192.168.178.25:5005/Enpass/ and the user and password from my Synology-user. I don't get an error or something. It just didn't do anything (on Windows PC or Android). On Android I just see the rotating circle and on Windows PC just "connect" is shown. What's wrong?
