Cloud Sync

Hello, I am using Enpass on my Mac, Iphone Xs and Windows10 with iCloud. Since the synchronisation between Mac and iPhone works as desired, the synchronisation between Windows and Mac or Windows and Iphone does not work! While I see the "time stamps of synchronisation" on Mac or iPhone when I press "sync now", there is no time stamp on Enpass in Windows althoug I pressed "sync now". That's really frustrating since I updated a lot of passwords and more on my Enpass in Windows. All the new data is neither synched with my Mac or iPhone. Is there a bug? Thank you for support. After Update to MacOS 11.2 the dropbox-sync doesn't work. I have disconnect the sync and tried to connect again then everytime the message: "Could not verify your credintials. Please log in again to sync your data." Restart, dropbox-logout, nothing helped.

When I fist start Enpass on my computer it appears to do an automatic sync with the file on my cloud storage. It does this before opening the database and allowing and showing the contents. The problem is that whenever the computer doesn't have Internet access I have to wait a couple of minutes before the sync times-out and the database opens and allows me to see the entries. It may be a relatively short time, but when you are busy and need information in a hurry it seems like a very long irritating wait. Is it possible to either turn off the auto-sync on startup or have it run in the background so as not to block the opening of the database?

Hi, I have been using enpass Pro for many years (on PC and Android). I use various vaults and the only way to be able to sync them is to use webdav on a cloud (in my case DriveHQ). Unfortunately webdav is being decommissioned by almost all the clouds due to the lack of security I think. In fact, it hasn't worked for me for a few days. What other method can I use to sync 5 vaults using only one account? I don't want to have to create 5 accounts... If there aren't simple solutions I will be forced to migrate to another software unfortunately... Thanks

Hello, I am having an issue because I want to share my OneDrive database with my family members. For my wife, under iOS, this is not an issue as when choosing "Existing database / OneDrive", the application ask anyway the account credentials so I just enter mine (my Microsoft account credentials) and it finds it and synchronize. But for my son, also sporting a Windows phone, the issue is that it looks directly in its OneDrive account, without asking me to enter the account credential (it picks up the account of the phone) and without anyway to change the account where to look. Thanks update: Android 5.4.8 version works fine with Cpanel - Web Disk - WebDav folders Linux Ubuntu 5.4.1 works fine Windows 5.4.1 and Portable 5.3 versions do not work - connecting for ages (tried with IP directly, it shows certificate issue, clicked on trust unsafe cert but still connecting ) Cpanel - Web Disk works on port 2078. I really like Enpass and use it multiple Windows devices. Everything works fine. Then I activated OneDrive two factor authentication, and sync stopped working. I installed Enpass new device while havin 2FA enabled. It could read data from OneDrive, but after initial load sync didn't work. After disabling 2FA sync started working with every device. Any workarouds? Any fix coming up? Or is this stupid user error?

Enpass and Dropbox interaction on iOS11 Beta Has anyone had an issue with all entries disappearing from Enpass on the iOS11 beta? If I disconnect Dropbox and reconnect, they all resync correctly, but you must disconnect Dropbox. Just hitting the sync button does nothing. Edit: It seems I am missing some entries. They are still there on the Mac OS app, but not on iOS. Also, this doesn't appear to be a dropbox specific issue. I switched to a WebDAV server and got the same results: missing entries.

Dear all, upon trying to sync with my existing OneDrive backup from the desktop application 6.0.4 (268), I receive the error message "Something went wrong while syncing to OneDrive. Error code: 504035". Until c. 2 days ago, this was not the case. I already tried resetting the sync and resetting the sync including deletion of the backup on OneDrive. Does not make a difference, though, I still get the same error message. How can I set up the sync again? Thank you and regards, Frank

Lost the sync with my WebDav folder (mailbox.org) on my smartphone (Android: Version 6.4.4.353) and computer (Windows 10: 6.4.2 (662)). Now, for some inexplicable reason, I can't connect them anymore. Error message: "Could not connect to the specified WebDav folder. Check your username and password." But username and passwort are correct. I have also not changed any settings and folder structures. I don't know why this suddenly stopped working.

Hello, I think this question may be for Enpass Stuff. If I changed my Master Password using iCloud Sync, I understand Enpass can't have access to my current Master Password but I would like to know if Enpass can have access to my old (changed) Master Password used in iCloud Sync. Thank you.

Recently, I pull an older computer out of storage and I resync enpass. Much to my surprise some of the notes I added to the account earlier got deleted and it appears the entry reverted to the older entry. Is there a way to get a history of the changes so I can recover the notes?

I get this error code (WebDAV Sync Error with code 904035) on both, a Mac Desktop Client and an iOS mobile app, when I changed the certificate my webdav server from a normal SNI to a wildcard certificate (let's encrpyt). When I change back the certificate to the normal SNI, it directly starts to work again. Any possible explanations? in a browser and when manually checking the wildcard cert, it all looks valid and ok.

I have been using Enpass for a long time. I have one account and one vault stored in the cloud. Recently, I switched laptops and I installed Enpass on my new laptop. But when I want to connect to my existing vault, I get the error the no two vaults can be connected to the same account for syncing data. But I only have one vault and I am trying to connect to it from a new client? This was always working fine. What is going wrong here?

Right now, I have Enpass on two different Windows devices (and an Android device but let's leave that out for the moment). The keystore is backed up to Box automagically. Starting condition is that devices and keystore have the same Master Password. On device A, I change the Master Password, which changes it for the local A device and for the synced backup. On device B, I cannot sync unless I give the NEW sync Master Password (from A). However, once it is synced, the Master Password of the device B is still the old password from before. Multiple accounts to the same cloud Can I sync more than one account (add my wifes) to the same cloud (dropbox), or will I overwrite the other account?

Today is THE day : upgrading Enpass to 6.0.0 on all my devices (Linux, Android, Windows) Went fine on Linux & Android : after installation, the first launch of Enpass 6.0.0 detected existing vault, and went through an "upgrade" of the local database, telling me once successfully completed, that all parameters had been reset. Apologies if this topic has been discussed before. On the Box Community website, Box has stated that WebDAV support will end on 31st Jan 2019. Would someone please advise me on how I may synchronise my Enpass Vault across Windows and Android devices after 31Jan2019. Regards, David Deehan

I've been using enpass for awhile now, without issue. The last two days, though, I've been unable to sync to my iCloud - the synchronize just sits there with a busy icon. I can sync with my phone app just fine. Any idea?

Hello, i have a Problem. When i start sync on my win 10 with the Enpass App from the Microsoft Store to OneDrive , then i became a Enpass Folder. and then, i Take my iPhone and begin sync to OneDrive, i become a Enpass 1 folder. ?? please help me, i Can Not Use Enpass so. thanks nice regards jürgen

enpass sync error 204056 What does this error mean? I am logged into dropbox where my enpass vault is kept on my MacBookPro. To try to fix this, I have disconnected enpass from the vault and am trying to reconnect to it. I have backed up my vault using the enpass app. Under Vault Settings, I select setup Sync. A page at dropbox opens and says enpass would like to access it's folder. I say yes. Then I get a never ending "please wait" message in the enpass app. I've also noticed that the enpass extension icon that used to be visible in my Safari browser is no longer their either. Any ideas or solution would be appreciated.

Hi I want to use Enpass on a second Windows PC (from work). I am redirected from your download page onto the MS Store. I spent 30mn with their support and they have not been able to help me (the "install" button does not work). I finally found an older exe file on the net (enpass_6-3-3_fr_432677.exe) and I was hoping I could start from there and upgrade afterwards. After installing it and trying to sync my vault from Dropbox, I got an error "error while syncing". I tried several times. I assumed it might come from the fact that the version is too old, am I right ? Thanks for your help
