Short version. Possible bug. Setup Enpass client on Linux with 9 character password. Setup Enpass on Android tried to import but with Android client you must use at least a 10 character password. All clients should have same character limits IMO. Issue with ownCloud. Linux client connects with no issue. Android client keeps displaying The relevant log entry in ownCloud states I am currently running the Beta Android client and still having the same issue. Hello, I use the Enpass Lite version, unfortunately I can not access the Enpass Lite version by the update on IOS 11. To get back to my data, the app needs to be updated to IOS 11. Is an update to be expected soon by the developer?

I've downloaded both Enpass desktop and iOS mobile. Like an idiot forgot my password. I can get in to the mobile version with my thumbprint - but can't reset the master password because I don't have the original to enter. Any way around this??

CSV Export doesnt use all Fields Hello, there is a bug in the csv export. When im adding new Fields and fill them with Informations, they doesnt show these entrys after export as csv File. -> I need all Headers. How can i change the Template for new Logins? Credentials invalid on ios app Hi Guys, i have webspace at a german webhoster - domainFactory. I created a webdav user for sync the data(base) between ipad, iphone and my notebook (windows 10). At first i installed Enpass on my notebook and configured sync with my webdav credentials - works. After that i installed the app on my iphone/ipad. Afterwards i want to test the sync function of enpass. I entered the same webdav credentials as before. But on ipad/iphone i get a error message (in german). I Credentials are right. enpass often crash after I wake it up from the background Hi, very good app that I payed for the Pro Upgrade. A crush problem is occasionally occur on my iPhone7 (ios10.3.3) and certainly occur on my iPad (ios 10.3.3) as follow, first, I opened the Enpass and closed it to home screen. second, I arbitrarily opened another app, then I double click the home button and wake up Enpass from background. And Enpass just display a white scene with a lock, no other response show until the Enpass crashed and quit. This problem often breaks off my operation, because I have to wait and reopen Enpass. IOS App does not display content I'm using Enpass IOS and since the last update (5.5.4) I'm experiencing a really annoying problem: I did a search on the forum, but did not find a solution or a similar problem. When opening enpass (using TouchID) my list of logins is empty. After recovering from the shock, I took a look at the desktop app. Using the desktop app all logins and notes are available. But none on the IOS app. This behaviour changes from to time. There are periods I see all logins in de IOS app and there periods that everything is empty. Slow on start up Recently on both my personal iPhone 6S and work iPhone 7, I've noticed a bug/delay with accessing the app. The app opens and appears blank, then after approximately 90-120 seconds, it asks me for my password/biometrics and then loads my data. Cannot change credentials for cloud sync Hi, This issue has been bothering me for a long time but now I will report it and hopefully it gets fixed. Every time I change my password, Enpass sync breaks (of course) but it does not let me to update the password. I have to disconnect (delete the whole sync) and create it again. Yes, this means typing that long ownCloud webdav path, username and the new password. This is a major pain in my ass, especially when typing with mobile phone. In Preferences (on both iOS and MacOS) I have elected to "Show Subtitles". In all items which have URLs, I have used "Reorder Fields" to move the URLs to the top: first field in each item. In iOS this provides the effect I wished to achieve. To wit, each item appears with its item description, and the URL as its subtitle. However, in MacOS, I still see the Username being treated as a "subtitle", even though it is not the first field in each (or any) item. How may I change this behavior in the MacOS version of the app?

I want to sync iPhone7plus with iCloud and PC Windows 7 64bit. After installing your Windows Program and the manual I see, that for iCloud syncing "Enpass downloaded from MAC App Store only" is required, which I cannot find on any Apple store. 1. Hi, Just bought Enpass for iOS (iphone7plus) and want to backup my Enpass data. The only backup and recovery option offered is WiFi. None of my PCs is connected to WiFi and will not be for some time to come. Is there any other option possible like USB and how to proceed with alternatives? Thats crazy, it doesn't work correct since i buy the PRO-Version.... I use the MAC and iOS-App (iPhone and iPad) as the demo version and everything work fine, now i reached the 20 objects limit and i make some new objects in the mac-App and then i buy the pro-version on my iphone. but there is no syncronising between the iPhone and the MAC or iPad?!? A key reasons I use Enpass over competing solutions is that I'm keen to keep my vaults local. I know it's all encrypted but prefer to shield myself from future encryption vulnerabilities and brute force attacks... So, in order to sync between my Ubuntu laptop and iPhone, I setup a WebDav server on the office WiFi, which seems to work well. However there's an issue with the iOS app: whenever the WebDav server isn't available, it keeps pestering with red "Error syncing data" banners. How do I use Enpass in iOS apps? There is no browser, so I can't use the extension. I looked in all the documentation for an answer and found none. Not being able to use Enpass on my iPhone for some important apps (my finance apps, especially) is disappointing. Is there an answer? Thanks!
