Just switched to my new iPhone 14 and now I have a problem: I sync 3 additional vaults via webdav internal only (and the main vault with iCloud). So the webdav-servers are not reachable from the internet (DNS will resolve, but there will be no answer from the servers). When outside the local network, enpass opens and when it tries to sync the app freezes after a few seconds. When disabling the data network (airplane mode) enpass works and just reports that there is no connection to the sync store - all fine. This did not happen with my old phone on iOS 15. Not sure if it is a Problem with iOS 16 or the iPhone 14. Maybe somebody can do some testing with this…

Hi there, today i updated Enpass from the AppStore on my iPhone to version 6.8.0. After update it was not even more possible to open enpass via FaceID, i had always to enter my master password :-( Another issue was that the webdav synchroniziation was disabled. I tried to establish a new webdav connection, but i got an error mesage that username or password are invalid. i tried the same on my ipad with enpass 6.7.x installed and it worked fine with no problems. is there any suggestion how to solve the webdav-connection-problem with enpass 6.8.0?

Both logins are the same email and password. Why is their duplicates ? There is not on Enpass password manager on windows.

I have Enpass on Mac Mini M1 & Macbook Air M1, along with my iPad and iPhone 12 mini. I just noticed that the 2FA on my iPhone is just different. The 2FA secret code is literally identical. I removed it, added it again, it synced through dropbox but the code from the iPhone is different from the Macs & iPad. I disconnected the iPhone from the dropbox, then reconnected it but it's still the same issue. What could be the issue? How do I fix this? It's not just one account, its multiple accounts that this happens to. It renders my phone useless. UPDATE: Never mind. Turned out it was me setting my phone to manual time instead of automatic.

Face ID no longer works on both of my devices. After scanning the face, it says it's ok. Then I have to enter the password. Turning Face ID off and on again didn't help.

With version 6.8.0 the program always crashed within a few seconds. That is no longer the case with 6.8.1. But other problems occurred: on my MacBook Pro M1, Enpass forgets the registry and all sync settings. If I register again, it will not be saved. Touch ID won't open. But if the settings aren't saved and the sync doesn't work, then it's unusable. A rollback to 6.7.4 solves all problems and it works properly again. Please accept the problems! Thanks.

The sync no longer works on my two devices. This affects both WebDAV and iCloud Sync. There is no error message. The connection is just gone. It is no longer displayed as if one had never been created.

So.... has always worked before. No longer works. Here's the deal. My nextcloud is at my domain I won't list here, let's just say cloud.something.com, which resolves to my local ip where nextcloud resides, 192.168.3.18. So, if I am local, it just connects of course. If I am remote, I use a vpn, and it always just worked of course. But no more. When on vpn and cellular, I get a message on the vault settings screen that simply says "Sync error followed by No internet connection". Every 15 seconds or so, the screen refreshes. Hi, I would like to ask for help with the following issue - is it possible to change the location of the Enpass folder (created by default)? If so, how? Here is my situation: 1. On my Mac (iOS 10.14.6) Enpass created a default backup folder in Documents (ie. Documents/Enpass) 2. As i generally store all my app backups together in a different folder, I wanted to move the Enpass data there, too. So I tried: a) Simply moving the whole Enpass folder to that Backup folder (ie. I have an app in which a password may be required. When the keyboard pops up to enter the password, the autofill symbol (the key) appropriately appears. When I select it, I am appropriately taken into Enpass, where I must Search for the proper password. However, unlike in other cases (e.g., websites) Enpass never learns or remembers the results of the Search for that app’s password. I must Search for it in Enpass each time. How may I acquire Enpass learning in the case of an iOS app password stored in Enpass?

I am very concerned! Reason: Suddenly without warning Enpass does n o t display all my passwords recorded but only a fraction of it with the argument, that I have exceeded „the volume“ and that I have to pay for a premium version!! Such behavior is not serious! The minimum I would have expected is that all my recorded passwords remain to be shown with a side warning that no further records can be made! Now I feel to be forced into a paid version in order to get access to all my passwords! Can anybody comment?

Hello, I have purchased your program when I saw that it was compatible on Mac for versions 10.12 and later, as it appears on your website, I have 10.13.6 When I download the application, I find that the APP does not install for me, as my computer is incompatible with it, since an operating system version of 10.14 or later would be required. When trying to sync, I get the message "Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi Sync Server. Make sure that the server is running and you are connected to the same network." I checked, and my mac and iphone are connected to the same network, and the server is running.

It there has any URL Scheme to launch EnPass and perform actions on search behalf ? Out of more than 100 passwords with Enpass on the Windos device and IOS device (iPhone), not all entries are synchronized with an additional IOS device (iPad). About 50% of all entries are missing. The first synchronization took place in the same network and all IOS devices are up to date with the latest software. The synchronization was activated several times. Can someone help?

Hi, I installed the Enpass App onto my Macpro, I have connected to my email address, and have asked to restore from Onedrive, i get the following message, I don't know where to go from here, please help: Error message: Sorry, we could not find any previous Enpass 6 data on this account: I have also tried to restore from onedrive before Enpass version 6.4, I get an Error 400.

Hi Team, There are multiple vaults in my database. While adding new items, they are always saving to my Primary vault (the vault I selected in Enpass settings). There is no way to change this. It is really annoying.

Have email and masterpass password but did not back up to icloud and can login. I have been trying to find a browser or even login from an Android phone but I seem to be unable to enter my vault despite having the masterpassword etc. I need to enter the vault bc my iPhone Apple ID is stored in there and my phone is currently stuck at activation lock without gaining access to vault and getting my AppleID password. PLEASE advise on how I can access my vault in any any for example a browser or anything?? Thank u all!

Just got a new Macbook Pro and my initial sync worked fine but now I have to daily authenticate with icloud to get it to auto sync. I'm sure the issue is some setting on the mac but not sure what.

Today when I opened Enpass it didn't recognize my face because I was wearing a mask. Now it won't log in without my master password. I've been using Face ID on my iPhone for so long I can't remember my master password. I restarted Enpass and I restarted my phone but Enpass no longer will login with Face ID it keeps asking for my master password. How could Enpass allow me to login all this time with Face ID and with one failed face recognition lock me out? I know I should have written down my master password but for the love of god how do you get it to login in one time with my Face ID!

I stupidly thought this would be a good idea but it doesn't work and gets in the way. How do I remove it.

Unable to sync using Google Drive between PC and multiple iOS devices. Sync attempt reports error due to different data files on Google Drive. All four of my devices have a data file with different number of password items. I can't figure out how to delete the data files from Google Drive and be able to start over with sync setup
