  1. Export in csv and txt format is suddenly not allowed. The only option is json format. I was previously able to export via csv and txt format. Does anyone know why? I'm running the desktop version 6.6 of enpass.
  2. I am unable to restore the EnpassStartup.exe because Norton removed it from a folder that I am unable to access. I turned on admin rights, but the system still would not allow access to the folder. I tried to re-download enpass but it would not download because I already have it installed on my computer. I can uninstall and then do a new download, but I fear I will loose all my settings. I did export my favorites for which I can hopefully import after the new install. Do you suggest I go down this in-install/re-install path or do you have another suggestion? FYI - currently I ca
  3. This morning around 7:04am I received a virus notification from Norton that a Heur.AdvML.B virus was found for file EnpassStartup.exe. As a result, Norton removed this file and I'm now unable to run Enpass. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this so I can use Enpass again?

    Enpass Backups

How many backup files are recommended to keep on my system? I'm exceptionally happy with this product and have no issues to date. I use auto backups and do manual backups when ever I add or modify data on the Enpass system. I noticed the auto backups are "daily" and therefore the backup folder is growing by 500k for each backup. It would be nice to have auto backups at various frequencies (e.g., daily, monthly, quarterly, annually). I could just keep the latest backup and perhaps also keep one backup for each month for a years worth of backups. What do others typi
  6. Kashish, Thanks for your reply. Please note that based on my prior posts, I was attempting to install and sync Enpass on my wife's desktop computer and NOT on her phone. We, merely wish to utilize Enpass on our respective PC's (e.g., her desktop & my laptop) and have the vaults in sync at all times.
  7. I am again replying to my own post as I have not yet received any reply from others. Since I did not receive any advise I went on my own assumptions. I therefore installed Enpass on my wife's desktop using the same email to registered when I installed Enpass on my Laptop. I subsequently installed the Microsoft Edge browser Enpass Extension. Following the verification of the Edge Enpass extension link to my wife's Enpass vault on her desktop, the vault was immediately synced and populated with the same web login and password details as my Laptop via the OneDrive cloud utilized by
  8. I'm again replying to my own post as I have further information based on a recent discovery. I found out that there is a synced vault file that exist on my OneDrive under folder APPS/ENPASS. I did not/could not see that folder from my File Explorer view on my Laptop. I found it there when I looked at OneDrive via the web view. I would still appreciate some feedback as to how to set up Enpass on my wife's Desktop computer based on the "assumptions" I've made in my previous post. Thanks in advance.
  9. I'm a little frustrated as I have not yet received any replies to my post. I'm therefore going to "temporarily" make my assumptions while installing Enpass on my wife's desktop PC. a) Download and install Enpass on desktop and register with same email used with the laptop install. Use the "same" master password that was used for the laptop install. b) build website details with the same csv import used when building the laptop version of Enpass to insure both laptop and desktop vaults are identical. c) there is no need to download and install the Enpass Edge extension as i
  10. I've installed and registered Enpass on my laptop and it works great. Now that I've confirmed it does everything I want, I need to set up Enpass on my wife's desktop. What would be the process for making this happen based on the following information: a) Enpass (free version) is currently installed on my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro having one SSD. b) My wife's desktop is a Dell XPS 8930 having one SSD (C drive with ops system) and one HDD (D drive with user date) c) Both machines share the same microsoft account and share the same OneDrive which is synced at all times I "assume"
  11. Here are my screen shots... Thanks in advance for any related advice
  12. I'm replying to my own post as I discovered the issue myself. My current display (Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro) screen settings "may" be hiding the scroll bar that reveal more import options or there are no scroll bars. I discovered more options by accident because I have a touch screen and when I figured out I should try the touch screen to reveal more options, there they were. I apologize for the false alarm. I someone on this form decides to post a comment or reply, can you confirm that there are in fact scroll bars in that import options window? I've ran across screen display
  13. I'm a new user and I'm trying to import my website details from a csv file (formerly excel format) using the Enpass Logins format per instructions. The same instructions say to select "Pre-formatted CSV" from the import options selections. However, this option does not show up in the list of import options. Is there a work around for this ? e.g., should I make my csv look like a LastPass csv or some other password manager csv format
