Thank you for the replies. I do have Norton installed. I'd figured out that I could disable Enpass from Startup in Windows. -

Getting this message after computer starts: Windows cannot find 'C:\Program File\WindowApps\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_6.60.7700.0...EnpassStartup.exe'.
