    What troubleshooting? I can't do anything on two different PCs other than enter a master password, which the software says is wrong. I can't do anything else. What else would you have my try?

    same issue here. On Android I have full access, on the PC I keep getting "wrong master password" I'm on the Pro plan. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it was associated with some other vault, but on reinstallation all I get is the password screen again. no options to configure anything. What did you guys break??

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
