Problem solved!
This is a bug in xfce4-panel (respectively in ayatana-indicator-application) and not related to Enpass!
To get the Enpass systray show up in xfce4-panel "simply" kill the ayatana-indicator-application process (and probably deinstall this deb).

After upgrading (actually new installing) my Debian Linux system to buster I miss the Enpass systray icon on the panel of xfce4.
I can see a process "/opt/enpass/Enpass -minimize" in task manager and enpass itself works (e.g. by assigning a hotkey od starting it from application menu).
Enpass: 6.1.1.451, xfce4: 4.12.5

I have the same üprbelme and canot use enpass 5.6.9
Tried to switch to the beta version but enpass could not get/fetch the file from the Google Drive location!
Please provide a quick solution!

Does cloud synchronization always transfer the whole database file or only changed items ?

Do I have to buy Enpass pro on every mobile device (same platform) or only once?
Thanks

Metadata sent to rest.enpass.io

A (german) article[1] about security/privacy protection of Enpass notes that that after Enpass sends some metadata after entering the master password:
GET /enpass/alert/?package=io.enpass.app&os=9&version=6.1.0.227&version_code=227&language=de%7Cde HTTP/1.1 Host: rest.enpass.io
I suggest to make this optional and being able to deactivate this i the settings.
