I purchases the Premium Enpass Version in a One Time Buy, im new to the Term of Passwordmanagers. Enpass created a Vault on my Mac Computer at the Documents Folder. It would be better, to Transfer the Vault to Onedrive, so i could everytime Sync it with Iphone oder Samsung Android Phones. Today i Use a Synology Nas, but in Future i wont use it, because i only Store 400mb of Word Documents on it, its oversized for me. I created a WEBDav on my NAS, so it syncs successfull with my Iphone and Android Phone. But in Future, i like to have the Vault in Microsoft Onedrive and i like to sync the Word with Smartphones via Onedrive. Is that possible? …

I bought Enpass premium awhile back, I love the concept. I haven't been able to resolve this issue on my own. Here's what's going on: I created a vault when I first started (Linux computer- currently Ubuntu 24.04) and set up WiFi sync between it, my laptop, my iPhone, and my iPad. It always worked flawlessly. Every few days I would open the app on each device to make them sync together. Then I moved, and my desktop PC wasn't set up for awhile. I made changes to the vault on the various devices, and of course they never synced. When I hooked up my desktop again, it wouldn't sync. I have to do a clean install of macOS. Doing so will erase all my data. I can't simply upload it to an external drive and then reload it after the clean install because, due to possible malware on my current system, I will have to reenter all my data manually. IS IT POSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD MY ENPASS DATA INTO A PDF (or something similar) AND PRINT IT? Please help.

Every few days or so, I get a notice on Empass that I need to Reauthenticate to sync with iCloud. This happens on each computer that I use Empass (iMac, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini). Thankfully, the notice does not appear with such regularity on my iPhones or iPads. While it is somewhat easier to re-authenticate now that I have Touch ID on my computers, it is still an annoyance to have to do it so often. I have tried disconnecting from iCloud, then reconnecting again, making sure that the "Keep me signed in" box is checked, but the re-authenticate notice will show up again in another few days. Is this a bug in Enpass? If not, how do I fix it?

Hi, I have Enpass synced to Dropbox and I've been getting this dialog box at various times when using Enpass over the past 10 months, but even more so after I upgraded to the latest desktop version. I click on Don't ask me this again and cancel and of course it asks me again. I don't want to click on Move out of Dropbox unless it is safe to do so. What is this, why does it continue, and can I move this file to $Deleted as requested?

I've been working on this issue for a couple of months. On my own and with Enpass support. I have set up cloud sync with OneDrive on my HP laptop Win11. But I cannot sync that data to my phone - IOW, my phone has a different copy of my data held in OneDrive/laptop application. I've done the following as outlined in a post to Enpass forum on 12/23/2020 from Pratyush Sharma (it sounded logical): Took a manual backup on both the phone and the laptop. Disconnected the sync on the laptop. Removed the folder Enpass (there was no Enpass1) from my OneDrive account. Reset sync first on laptop, then tried again with phone, no go. Does this work …

I have been using Enpass for a long time. I have one account and one vault stored in the cloud. Recently, I switched laptops and I installed Enpass on my new laptop. But when I want to connect to my existing vault, I get the error the no two vaults can be connected to the same account for syncing data. But I only have one vault and I am trying to connect to it from a new client? This was always working fine. What is going wrong here?

Hi there, I just did a clean setup of my windows 10 pc. I installed Enpass from the store. When I try to launch the synchronization with the Dropbox vault it says the login page will be opened in browser but nothing happens. Just the loading circle. I also changed the standard browser to another app but no success. What can I do? Reinstall? Cheers

I've been using Enpass for a few years now and am getting more and more frustrated by the fact that there always seems to be a another problem with the macOS version. If one problem is fixed, which easily take half a year, then another one pops up. For example, I managed to fix the 'Enpass Assistant is unable to connect with the Enpass app' error by de-installing the Enpass app and re-installing it from the App Store. However, since a month or so, Enpass wants me to re-authenticate my macOS iCloud session every day. I have three Macs with each a different macOS version and each of them wants me to re-authenticate daily, whether I am on Mojave / 10.14, Big Sur / …

Hello, Some time ago I've noticed, that my Linux instance of Enpass is out of sync, so I've tried to reconnect it to my Dropbox. On all other devices (Windows 11, Android, iPad OS) the syncing is working, but on Linux I'm stuck with an error "The request timed out when trying to connect to Dropbox". Hello, in many cases passwords are restricted to standard ascii characters and other characters such as accented letters are not allowed since they can be encoded differently depending on the source. Are there such restrictions on the vault password or can I use accented letters and be able to access a vault from say both my android and Windows ? Best regards Guillaume

Hi, I have been using enpass Pro for many years (on PC and Android). I use various vaults and the only way to be able to sync them is to use webdav on a cloud (in my case DriveHQ). Unfortunately webdav is being decommissioned by almost all the clouds due to the lack of security I think. In fact, it hasn't worked for me for a few days. What other method can I use to sync 5 vaults using only one account? I don't want to have to create 5 accounts... If there aren't simple solutions I will be forced to migrate to another software unfortunately... Thanks

Hello, i want sync to vaults to sync with the same iCloud account. One vault for my stuff and one for my daughter.But when I connect in the settings the second vault to iCloud it overwrites the stuff in the first vault with the stuff from the second vault. Michels.

If it is ok which is the best provider that Enpass supports to use ? That works the most fluidly?

Hi there, since Nextcloud version 26.0.1 i get a sync problem with enpass: it shows "wrong password" when connecting. The same Problem appears if i try to connect to the Nextcloud server via WebDAV too. The Nextcloud server runs on debian 11.7. the Nextcloud version is 26.0.1 (and now 26.0.2) Enpass shows the same error on: OSX (version: 6.8.6) Linux PopOS (version: 6.8.5) IOS (Version 6.8.7) Hope there is a Fix on the horizon! Hello, I have a windows installation of enpass. It is configured to use Dropbox as the primary vault. But instead of using Dropbox as the primary vault, it uses a local vault in the C drive (C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState\Vaults\primary) as pointed to by the 'Data Location' in the Advanced tab of Settings. Any changes I make seem to be made against the local vault and not against the dropbox vault. I would like my enpass instance to use the Dropbox vault so that i can access it in my mobile also. I get this error code (WebDAV Sync Error with code 904035) on both, a Mac Desktop Client and an iOS mobile app, when I changed the certificate my webdav server from a normal SNI to a wildcard certificate (let's encrpyt). When I change back the certificate to the normal SNI, it directly starts to work again. Any possible explanations? in a browser and when manually checking the wildcard cert, it all looks valid and ok.
