It works like a charm!! Thanks so much! I didn't know this problem has persisted for years!

It happens ONLY when I start Enpass and let it running in background. Please see attached as I don't really know how to explain this. I'm using wifi, Enpass sync with OneDrive. But even turning off syncing wont help.
